Here’s another view of this building, its roof and the office space. I think it looks awesome. Totally different from how the outside of the building looks. Oh, and just where the interesting part of the ceiling is leaks a little bit when it’s pouring badly, not the whole thing.

Although there might not be that much privacy, the work places in this office looks really awesome. Do you think you could work at an office like this one? See also the outside of the building and its roof. For those who want to know, it’s the Vestia building near Rotterdam Central station. Too bad it’s a bit hidden from the street.
And the roof? It was actually leaking a bit.
I was going there on my bicycle with an umbrella in one hand. The rain was really pouring. And drops of water fell from the ceiling. The weather started clearing up while I was inside the building, and after a while the sun started to shine (as you can see in the picture).
And just so you know, the windowed ceiling is composed out of 1024 square pieces of glass.

Remember the following post? Only Jenn~ made an attempt to guess the number of squares. The exact number was 571. What you see in the picture is actually part of the ceiling of this building in Rotterdam, near Rotterdam Central station. Stay tuned for more pictures of the ceiling.

It’s world animal day!
Cat loves his fishy. Cat catches fishy when he can and when he’s not too lazy. He’ll jump and swings around with his paws after the orange phenomenon. When he catches fishy, he won’t let go. And after catching he’ll chew on it. I guess he likes the taste of fishy. So cute. One of fishy’s fins was already amputated by cat.
Do the square challenge!
Count all the squares. Who has the wits and precision and patience to count all the squares? Who will get the exact number of squares? I’ll post the right answer on Friday evening or Saturday. Post your answer here!

The mission impossible photo challenge for today is:
How many (whole) squares do you see in this picture?
PS: Jenn~ is very close with her estimate of 505 squares.
There are actually more squares. I’ll reveal the exact number on Friday evening.
In the meanwhile, keep counting!
Or challenge others to count!

Check out the new layout. Check out the top graphic image banner thingy. Refresh this page each minute and check it again. I chose an under construction photo for today by accident, but it does apply to the current situation. I still need to tweak the layout and change some little things, but other than that, here it is. A different look. I hope you all like it. And for those of you who use MSIE: Sorry, yes, I know the menu’s behavior is weird, but that’s what you get from using a broken browser. Thank you. (Feel free to switch to Firefox, Safari or Opera instead.)
Question: What do you think is the best looking site out there, in terms of design/layout? Leave me a link! Comments with links are moderated, so it won’t show up immediately.
